In this course I provide some in-depth insight on how quitting video games for an entire 30 days helped me boost my productivity and change my outlook on playing video games in general.
I personally battled with video game addiction years ago playing games such as World of Warcraft and EverQuest. This course reflects on those experiences and how they affected my life.
If you decide to take this challenge of quitting video games for 30 days I'm going to share with you some simple ways you can:
Boost overall productivity
Work on more of your personal goals
Use a "to do" list goal approach to accomplishing more in your free time
Taking a break for 30 days is a good way to step back a bit if you've been playing games for all your life like I had. I found I'm now able to easily get more done and not commit so much time just to playing games. It's improved my self discipline and mental state of mind.
Of course quitting games entirely is a big step, my biggest recommendation is to take this course and commit for 30 days. After that you can choose to go back or simply play a lot less in your free time then you may have been before.
